The Sciessere Double Room is an intimate and cosy space, ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It features an XL double bed (convertible into two XL single beds), a bathroom with a window and a spacious walk-in shower, and direct access to the north-facing balcony.

The Sciessere Quadruple Room is spacious and filled with natural light, ideal for families or small groups who value comfort and unforgettable views. It features an XL double bed, an XL single bed and an armchair that converts into a single bed, suitable for both children and adults. The bathroom has a window and a large walk-in shower.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a beautiful holiday on the Asiago Plateau, which is why our rates are designed for guests seeking simplicity and authenticity. We have chosen not to offer breakfast service, allowing you to enjoy your stay with complete freedom. We suggest starting your day with a good coffee at the Osteria Sciessere, directly accessible from inside the building, or discovering the cafés in the town centre, just a ten-minute walk away.

Children and Little Guests
- Children aged 3 to 10 receive a discount of €10,00 per day.
- For our youngest guests (0-2 years old) we provide a travel cot and a changing mat free of charge (please request at booking).
Information & Policies
- 24/7 Self Check-in: You will receive instructions via WhatsApp or email to access the property independently, with no time restrictions. However, if you share your expected arrival time with us, we will do our best to welcome you in person!
- Check-out: We kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 AM so we can prepare it for our next guests. When possible, late check-out may be arranged depending on availability.
- Booking confirmation: To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.
- Balance payment: The remaining balance is due 10 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations are fully refundable if communicated at least 10 days prior to the arrival.
- Tourist tax: Tourist tax is not applied in our municipality.
- Shared areas: We kindly ask to respect shared spaces and other visitors’ peace and quiet.
- Smoking: It is not permitted to smoke indoors. However, smoking is allowed in the outdoor loggia, while being respectful of others.
- Pets: To ensure a comfortable stay for guests with allergies, we have chosen not to accommodate pets.
